I love love this book. I enjoyed reading it so much. I felt the exercises were extremelly important and helped me see some important issues that need to be addressed in my life. Please do buy it and read and do the exercises because I promise you, you won't regret it.

It goes right along with the POK1 Out of Darkness Kit for the Class. If you are a visual person and planning on taking the class I suggest you purchase this book also. The CD part of the course is great if you are an auditory learner, but some what more difficult for us visual learners. Together they pair up for an excellent learning experience. This is not Traditional Kabbalah as taught by Jewish Orthodox Kabbalist. Zohar is taught but not Tannic teachings.The Zohar: Volumes 1-23

This book is about living Kabbalah rather than just studying Kabbalah. It has tough questions throughout and "Light work" to complete. If you are willing to do the work as described in the book and not give up before you complete it, you will see life changes! If you are truly interested in changing your life, tapping into lasting happiness, joy, and fulfillment then this is the book for you. Just be aware that you must be willing to do the work and face your challenges! Great book!
