A native of Mexico City, Mexico, Jaime Aranda-Michel, M.D., completed his medical degree at the School of Medicine, Universidad Nacional, Autonoma. de Mexico, in Mexico City. He has taken additional training in Australia, at the Mayo Foundation in Minnesota, and at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and is board certified in gastroenterology, internal medicine, hepatology, and nutrition. Dr. Aranda-Michel is currently a senior fellow in gastroenterolgy in the Division of Digestive Diseases at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. He resides in Cincinnati.

Useful and user-friendly,

Useful information about the condition and how to cope with it presented in a highly readable/understandable Q&A format. This is a perfectly serviceable book if you only want one, although "Milk Is Not For Everybody", a more comprehensive but more expensive book, earns a higher recommendation.
