5.0 out of 5 stars absolutely gorgeous
This dvd is absolutely gorgeous, especially with only the natural sounds of the falls and the surrounding environment. There is also an option for music. Included are American falls such as Yosemite, Oregon, New Hampshire and Big Sur; plus waterfalls from Laos to name a few. It cycles around by itself so that even though it's 66 minutes long it can go as long as you want...

1.0 out of 5 stars Hardly World Class
While the Living Landscapes series overall provides first class video quality, the content of this production is a disappointment.

Most of the waterfalls shown were relatively unimpressive and localized rather than truly the "World's Most Beautiful Waterfalls."

The content should have included Victoria Falls in Africa, Iguazu Falls in Brazil, Angel...

It cycles around by itself so that even though it's 66 minutes long it can go as long as you want. On a blue ray player and a 32' LCD screen it is like having a window onto a beautiful vacation spot. Very relaxing. Highly recommended.

I am a true waterfall lover.... and this blu-ray is perfect. I have never seen so many stunning waterfalls in one video. The most outrageously gorgeous waterfalls on planet earth. Magnificently breathtaking Waterfalls, from the Grand to the Delicate and everything in between. This is full of amazing natural beauty beyond discription. WOW.... Get this video you will see things you have never seen before and enjoy captivating images that will be etched into your memory forever. Fabulous!

If you appreciate the nature, and its beauty, this is the one for you. However, do not buy this if you would like narrations to go with it, as this is meant for relaxation only.

The blu-ray video is very clear and the scenes are very beautiful. I love the 5.1 surround music, especially some of them at the first couple of waterfalls.

I wish there were narrations. Then I could've enjoyed the stories behind the scenes.

In a word, the quality is amazing. Highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great and relaxing Movies, January 7, 2012

I got these videos to help me relax as I had just got out of the hospital and was bed srticken. It helped me to relax and feel like I was in a faraway place. The greatest thing is that you can use music to it or just the natural sounds, NO TALKING, it really made me feel like I was experiencing nature. Great seller would buy from this seller any time, sent in timely manner and was exactly as described as what I got.

5.0 out of 5 stars Been watching this one for 2 days.., December 22, 2011
This review is from: Living Landscapes: World's Most Beautiful Waterfalls [Blu-ray] (Blu-ray)
I have had this running for 2 days now on a 60" Plasma and I love it. The colors and contrasts in these waterfalls is breathtaking. One of the one star reviews said that they wanted to see some other waterfalls, which is fine, but that's no reason to put this one down. They use a lot of panoramas in the afternoon when the light is just right. It will calm your nerves.

This review is from: Living Landscapes: World's Most Beautiful Waterfalls [Blu-ray] (Blu-ray)
While the Living Landscapes series overall provides first class video quality, the content of this production is a disappointment.

Most of the waterfalls shown were relatively unimpressive and localized rather than truly the "World's Most Beautiful Waterfalls."

The content should have included Victoria Falls in Africa, Iguazu Falls in Brazil, Angel Falls in Venezuela as well as world class waterfalls throughout the world based on research and input from travelers and others.

A more accurate title for the production would be "Scenic Waterfalls."

Six of the Twelve Waterfalls are okay.

If my copy of this DVD were lost or destroyed, I would NOT purchase again.
