This simple book from a simple man gives us 30 days with a spiritual master who has shown us the way to a more simple life. These meditations may be simple to the mind but one has to assimilate and take it one step further to the heart. St. Paul teaches us to pray without ceasing and Brother Lawrence gives to us simple words to enter the heart of the Lord.
