IT DOES REALLY WORK!! I LIVE IN HOT, HUMID ALABAMA AND USUALLY END UP LOOKING LIKE THE WASH WOMAN WHEN I GO OUTSIDE. WITH THIS SHAMPOO, I CAN DO MY HAIR AND GO ABOUT MY BUSINESS WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT FRIZZY, MESSED UP HAIR. I LOVE IT!!

I've already been using the No Frizz styling treatment for thick to coarse hair, which I will never be without. I didn't think shampoo or conditioner could make a difference, but it really does. Using the shampoo, and the conditioner, enhances how the styling creme works . My hair is easier to blow dry, takes less time, is softer and shinier than using the treatment alone. I won't go back to other shampoos. The combination of these products has made my puffy, frizzy hair a memory.

This is exceptionally good shampoo- the guy who invented it was on Nova and he's some kind of genius. It leaves your hair soft and full with a pleasant muted fragrance.

But I dinged it one star for the awful packaging. You can't tell where to open the top is since the tab is not highlighted or raised, and if you drop the top-heavy full bottle in the shower (as I did) the entire cap will pop off and the expensive buff-colored shampoo will pour out the large opening before you know what happened.

Such a stupid oversight to make this fine product user-unfriendly by spoiling it with trendy impractical packaging esthetics. And it's not as though you can transfer the contents to a an easier dispenser either- you're stuck fighting with that damn awkward opening every shampoo!
