I got this book for my 2 psychology classes.
It was really helpful.

Check with your professor about her notes. If lectures are good then book is not needed. It is a good refrence though. However I was dissapointed with amazons description. They acknowledged the book was a complete paaackage and edition, however, I did not recieve the cd-rom that should have came with the book. So I had to purchase seperate. Be sure to check with your professor that you don't need the cd before buying unless it is at great price.

I was a little disappointed in the condition of the book. I think it was rated much too high in the description. It is quite worn, wrinkled, dog eared, and the cover is in rather poor condition BUT the upside is that it is usable. Shipment was made in a reasonable time and we received it in just over a week. Price was OK but probably just a little too much considering the condition of the book. Would I purchase again from this seller? I might if I really needed a book badly (for school) and no one else had the book at a reasonable price.

the work book really didn't help me out much. it just like reading the book. if you read the book and do your home work then you will be fine. i wouldn't say that its not helpful. it is to some poeple, i'm sure. if you are good at studying and note taking, then don't buy this work book. on the other hand if you are not then go a head and get it.

save $30 and just buy a high lighter and a note pad. highlight over information that you think is important and take note over those. do it for each chapter and this will really help you study for each exam. best of luck too you!!!
