Sheri Hoff is a warm and loving woman and her energy comes through loud and strong as you read her book. The book centers on Conscious Thinking, Love, Belliefs and Inspired Action and offers powerful affirmations that support the changes we want to make in our lives. The book is personal and interactive and encourages journaling as a means of personal growth and positive change. Thank you Sheri for sharing your wisdom, strenth, and inspiration with the world. I love your work and the support I felt as I read the book and thought about the various aspects of personal growth that are important to me. The 90 day focus is wonderful.
