I've always said rock music needed more Sax...., April 21, 2010

This album at times seems to not know where it's going, but does a good job at it. I enjoy hearing the saxophone within rock stuff. When the sax isn't play though, I don't find myself enjoying the songs as much. That's not to say that they aren't still good. 'Death by Platitude' is probably the most fun song for me. It is upbeat at first, and then in the middle gets a little trippy, but in a fun way, and then the drums kick us back into upbeat. If you were looking for the usual run of the mill type music, this is not really the place for you.
