This book answers some of the questions I have about living trusts. It helps me prepare for my meeting with my lawyer, so that I know what questions to ask. I like the section where it covers property titles. A handy book to have around, especially if you think that your other trustees may not know about living trusts.

This was an informative book for anyone that wants to make sense out of trust documents without having to pay an attorney $500 an hour.
