Individual chapters address how to avoid the expenses of probate or the capriciousness of state distribution plans, how to ensure privacy when crafting an estate plan, appointing a worthy trustee, creating a children's trust, and much more. Simple, practical, easy to understand and an absolute must for anyone seriously considering the creation of a living trust. Living Trusts comes with numerous sample forms, which are reproduced on an accompanying CD-ROM which has and uses Adobe Acrobat Reader. Recommended.

This book was advertised as Living Trusts Simplified: With Forms-on-CD. I did NOT
receive the Forms on CD. I notified Book Dr. by e-mail and waited for a response.
Nothing! Then I contacted Amazon by e-mail. Nothing! I'm very disappointed with
both of them. The material itself is great, but I specifically purchased it from
Book Dr. because they advertised "With Forms-on-CD". I can't get a response from
either. Now what do I do?

It contains all you need to know about living trusts and much of it is on CD so you just fill in the blanks on your computer. Still, living trusts are a confusing subject. But this is an excellant product.
