Good advice, leans more towards Type 1 than Type 2,

I found a lot of good advice in this book. My only complaint is that it's more about Type 1 diabetes than about Type 2. Her son has Type 1. But, overall, many of the problems she has encountered, we have encountered dealing with Type 2 diabetes. Diabetes is nothing to take for granted or ignore. This is a good beginner's book to understanding the disease, some of the problems encountered when eating out, and how to take care of your body for the long haul.
