Montel has spent a lifetime trying to understand how people's lives are effected adversely by their circumstance and has dedicated himself to helping people find the tools to change their lives for the better. This DVD set lifted my spirit and helped me to form the resolve that I needed to change my life for the better. His personal story inspired me and the messages of the other authors in this set proved to be very useful information that I could apply to my daily life right away. I recommed this title to anyone who is ready to make a change for the better.The name says it all, I am now "Living Well" - with the help of Montel. |
