As a first time rabbit owner, I was leery about what products were best to buy for my bunnies. The petstore recommended this cage form me because of its large size, and it was an awesome purchase! Assembly was a little complicated, but after it was put together, the cage has been amazing! The wire top has four clamps to keeps bunny inside, but it pops right off for easy cleaning. There are multiple openings to take out bunny, and my bunnies immediately felt at home. This is an extremely well made and durable product. I was surprised by the durability of this. I would definitely recommend this product.

We've always had outdoor bunnies in a hutch. So when my daughter wanted an indoor bunny, I wanted something that would look good, work well and be durable. This cage fits the bill well. It's really nice looking, and we've received many compliments on it. While it was a little painful for me to assemble because the clips were very tight, it was not difficult. The design is really well thought out. With high sides, there's little spillage of litter or "bunny berries" (waste). The food bowl fits in a form and has never gotten dumped over. The water bottle that comes with it is decent quality and doesn't leak. The top door opens easily for access, and the whole wire part easily removes for thorough cleaning. The "fort" is nice for private resting, and the top of it provides a separate area to keep food apart from the litter and vice-versa. It comes with a hay rack that doesn't take away from interior space. Hay falls out a little bit, but it works well for the rabbit to access the hay. We purchased an optional litter box accessory (sold separately) once our rabbit had established a bathroom corner, and it makes the cage easy to clean, but it's really not necessary. I was worried the plastic bottom might retain smells, but it really hasn't. We leave the front door open when the bunny is out, and she's learned to get herself back in if she's ready. It's really well-designed, and I can't think of anything that could be improved.

I bought this cage after researching tons of cages over a six week period. I recently purchased a Holland Lop from a breeder. I chose him when he was just two weeks old, and then had to wait another six weeks before picking him up. I looked at outdoor vs. indoor cages, did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews. I decided not to keep the bun outside, but inside in a heated garage. Since this breed is the smallest size bun, I was worried that predators may get into an outdoor cage, plus the buns tend to eat the wood inside and overall, there are no truly weather proof outdoor cages. Most have to be brought in during the coldest of winters and the outdoor cages tend to look horrible after a year or so of being exposed to harsh temperatures. I love this cage and have no regret in purchasing it. I have read many reviews of there being difficulty in assembling the unit. The directions are not great, but I had no issues at all with assembly. Perhaps, it is because I am visually oriented and the instructions were in picture format. The base is one solid piece. The cage is comprised of four sides, door obviously opening in the front. The metal cage is held together with eight "L" clips (four for bottom, four for top), which snap into place. The lid took a coupe tries, but you can't mess it up. The pieces will only fit one way. I assembled unit myself in about twenty minutes.

The cage is large (almost four ft.). I put in it a large corner litter box (as the bun is litter trained)Ware Plastic Scatterless Lock-N-Litter Bigger Pet Pan, Jumbo, Colors May Vary and decent size bed. Still, there is plenty of room for the bunny to jump around and explore.

The cage is really big! After assembling it, which took a little long since they only give you visual instructions, everything works great. My guinea pig really enjoys climbing up on the platform and the hay rack is something that I really enjoy. The downsides to it could be the size if you don't want a really big cage. Also, the water bottle has a tendency to fall out of the clip that comes with the cage and when I took my hay rack out, a little part of it was chipped.

The cage is big. The bunny loves it. It wasn't the easiest to put together but no biggie. The water bottle they give you is an absolute joke. Whoever designed it is a moron I'm sorry. They didn't put any grooves or anything for the bottle to catch onto the clip. It stays in when it's empty. If you put any water into it the bottle will slide right out without staying even a little bit and soak the cage. Great cage. Just have to buy a new bottle which is annoying. Its laughable how badly designed it is

It took me a little effort to put the cage together because it has confusing visual instructions but once you get it together it's a great cage. The entire top flips up for easy access for removing rabbit and for cleaning. My rabbits (a mama rabbit and two babies)enjoy this cage very much because of the feeding platform and the hiding area underneath the platform. There is plenty of room for a litter box too. You will not be sorry if you buy this cage.
