Llewellyn's Witchs' Datebook,
This review is from: Llewellyn's 2010 Witches' Datebook (Annuals - Witches' Datebook) (Spiral-bound)
I have enjoyed the 2009 Llewellyn's Witchs' Datebook very much. I really liked the small inserted poems and thought pieces for the changes of the year. I've decided however to change to a datebook organized by month rather than by week as I need to see longer stretches of time in one glance. That's just my personal style however. Many people, especially gardeners and those attuned to the seasons, quarters and personal growth would enjoy this calendar.

I really love this book. It's a great reference for the average "t-shirt and jeans" pagan like myself. It's informative and easy to use. My only complaint is the limited writing space. It's a small book, so the boxes are also small because of it's weekly layout. Other than that, I would definatly recommend it.

I am new to this datebook and its my first time buying this. Its generally ok, and could be much better. Firstly the dates and moon timing are all in eastern daylight time, which for me is just annoying. I have to keep remembering to add + 1 hour from the timing given from where I live. Also no empty blank note pages to write personal notes or spells etc. And also the calendar has bunch of information that was redundant eg birthdays of certain wiccans. These infomation just takes over the page space and are difficult for one to write own personal information. Can be better.

I can't even explain how great this datebook is. I think everyone new to the craft should be given this book as a gift because I never would have remembered all of the neat little reminders this book includes. It includes everything from the phases of the moon, sabbats, when the different signs are, etc. It also has great little articles that I found interesting and a great addition. I'll definitely buy this again next year! I already have a wall calender or I'd buy that as well.

Whether you are a Practitioner or not this book offers invaluable information on so many different levels and on so many different subjects. I use this book as a daily journal/diary/affirmation - there is plenty of room for notes!! The information provided is very uplifting; there is nothing in this book I would consider dark!!

I bought this datebook from Llewellyn from other years and I have never been disappointed with them. It give information on the witches of the past and present who have paved the way for us. It also has the Celtic tree dates for those of us green witches. I will keep buying this book year after years as it is a good source of reference.

I'm neither a witch nor practice Wiccan but I'm a very spiritual person and I absolutely love this Datebook! It has very interesting articles and even an everyday moon calendar with color of the day included, which is great! Would definitely recommend it!! :)

Llewellyn does it again with this year's "Witches' datebook". It is completely filled with lots of useful info to plan your witchy days and nights. It also has plenty of writing space for each day and lists holidays both Gregorian and pagan for the days. There's listings for solar and lunar eclipses right down to the time. It also covers moon phases and daily colors. You'll find interesting articles written by great writers at the beginning and a small address book at the end. Throughout you will find beautiful artwork by Jennifer Hewitson.
I have been using Llewellyn's Witches' datebook since 2008. Each year it just keeps getting better and better. I find it very useful to plan all my days by. To me this is the only datebook that covers everything you could possibly need in walking a Pagan path. I give this 5 stars!

Can't Imagine A Year Without It!,
This review is from: Llewellyn's 2010 Witches' Datebook (Annuals - Witches' Datebook) (Spiral-bound)
This Date Book is my favorite little luxury that I treat myself to amidst all of the hustle and bustle of getting ready for the upcoming holiday seasons and the shopping for everyone else that there is to do. I can't imagine the 1st of January coming around and me not having this to start my new year off with. When it arrives I will sit down with a glass of wine and a candle and slowly work my way through the pages just looking over what is to come for the following year. Reading through the other reviews I see that one person has not tried the recipes. Although I can't say I have tried all of them every year, I can say that I have made most of them and they have all been fantastic. This is by far the most pleasurable date book I have ever owned.
