No-nonsense astrological information!,
This review is from: Llewellyn's 2001 Astrological Pocket Planner and Ephemeris (Paperback)
What else is there to say? This little book gives you the planetary aspects and positions, moon phases, holidays, and a two year ephemeris without the one-size-fits-all monthly sun sign horoscopes and sometimes mawkish art of the Llewellyn wall calendars. There's room to note your own important events for each day and a little three month calendar at the bottom of each page for planning ahead or looking back. Depending on the size of your purse it's fairly portable, too. Plus it costs less than many other (non-informative, non-astrological) planners! This is a very practical item, and I'm glad to own it.

This is great book - get them before they're gone!,

This review is from: Llewellyn's 2001 Astrological Pocket Planner and Ephemeris (Paperback)
I have been using these since 1992, and they are just terrific. Everything is spelled out, and very simple. It's an easy way to use whatever you already know about astrology, and learn more as you go. Lots of straightforward explanations about how to analyze the information is included. When I started 8 years ago, all I knew was my sun sign! Now I can really plan ahead. These always sell out quick - I have missed getting a couple of years, because I waited for someone to buy it for me as a holiday present. Now I grab it the minute it's available.
