Prior to launching his own solo career, Cheo Feliciano made a name for himself as a lead singer with the bands of Joe Cuba and Eddie Palmieri as well as (albeit briefly) the legendary Alegre All Stars. Compiled by Joe Cain, this CD is chock-full of swinging, heavy-duty 1960s Salsa and a few truly sensuous Boleros. Cheo Feliciano is not only one of Puerto Rico's all-time greatest vocalists but also an artist who can do no wrong. Enjoy!

A must have for Mambo/Salsero collectors!, October 31, 2009

This is a great CD/Album, but there is MORE CHEO FELICIANO that you should get. Just a reminder that when this came out, it was only covering CHEO FELICIANO up until this point in his great singing career. There was more after this. This is still a must have album.
