High Cuisine?
Well, I DID ! and spent two weeks whining about the cost of that DELICIOUS FOOD !
But now, I CAN COOK IT MYSELF !
I can offer it to my family!
To my friends!
I SHOULD HAVE KNOW OF THIS AMAZING BOOK !!
It has the very best recipes of a great Chef, explained so thoroughly and simply, that a child could prepare them..
Just take a look at the dishes in the content index... You will not resist them...

Collecting cook books is one of my favorite hobbies. This book is right up there with Jacque Pippen and Julia Child.Chef Calfon blesses us with his secrects for High French Cuisine and shows that its not as difficult as you think to prepare these wonderful recipies nor are they out of ones budget to prepare a meal to empress the guests at that next dinner party. Tres Bien!!!

¿Y vieran que es sencillo preparar los platillos?
Son otro mundo, muy diferente al que conocemos en América, PERO NO EN BALDE ES MUNDIALMENTE FAMOSA!
Es obvio que este libro lo escribió un GRAN CHEF FRANCÉS, pero se nota que tuvo sumo cuidado en elegir las recetas cuyos ingredientes están disponibles en TODO EL MUNDO !

Cuando te quieras lucir, o invitar a cenar a alguien, LÁNZATE CON UNA MESA A LA FRANCESA!
Te superrecomiendo el HUACHINANGO O ROBALO CON ALMENDRAS, EL FAMOSÍSIMO QUICHE LORRAINE...¡Ah, y esas crepas que huelen a calle parisina !
Quienes tengan el privilegio de sentarse a tu mesa...¡se relamerán como gatos satisfechos y felices... Y si oyes algún ronroneo, ¡hazte la disimulada !
