I ordered a CD over a month ago with expedited shipping and it has never arrived. The company offered a temporary Loan Modification Enterprise Softwaredownload, which was not a complete version of the product. After several exchanges of email, I thought the problem would be resolved and the CD sent. The problem with the software has not been resolved, nor have I received the CD.
