I have worn hard contacts for over 30 years and this is the ONLY lens cleaner I will use. So many of the well-known national and store brands are like water. This product is thick and will actually foam a bit if you work it long enough.

Have been wearing hard contacts for years and just tried this cleaner. Didn't clean the lenses well at all. Used the whole bottle and protein build up on contacts is the worst it has ever been. Would not recommend.

Are you a wearer of KC lenses? Do you suffer from red eye, uncomfortableness and the feeling of dry eyes when you removed them? It may be due to protein buildup on your lenses. Ever since I started to clean my lenses every night with this solution, my KC lenses have started to feel as comfortable as the first time I got them. Clean lenses makes happy eyes.

I have seasonal allergies that cause my eyeslids to produce excess mucous. This is the only solution that works to get my contacts clean. I actually use a drop or 2 of this cleaning solution mixed with the Lobob soaking solution on the advice of my eye dr. It's very hard to find special cleaning products for RGP lenses, so hope they don't stop making this solution any time soon. I usually buy 10 to 15 bottles at a time just in case!!

do yourself a favor and try this wonderful product. i have been wearing hard contact lenses since 1960 so have alot of experience with solutions. since allergan was taken off the market i was forced to use just about any solution i could find in the pharmacy. my problem was they all made my eyes "murky" and unable to see clearly. my eye doctor gave me a sample of lobob and i am now hooked 100%. the solution does exactly what it is suppose to do. it is truly an outstanding product. you might also consider lobob's wrw wetting and rewetting drop which is also a 5 star product.

This used to be called Lobob, and was recommended to me years ago by my eye doctor. I've used it for over 15 years and have not found anything better. It cleans well, and isn't thick, like some cleaners that drag on the lens. It is economical, and it keeps away that buildup on the lens. I wish it also came in a smaller size, or that there was a kit that non-doctors could buy that have smaller sizes of each product for that quart bag at the airport. I sometimes get samples at the doctor's, but they were out, last visit.
