Product Description

The Loc-Line coolant hose flared tubing replacement kit is made of acetal copolymer plastic and includes 21 components to replace flared copper tubing: 8 Loc-Line 1/4" hose segments, 4 round nozzles with 1/4" opening, 4 round nozzles with 1/8" opening, a 1" opening flare nozzle, and 4 flare nut 3/8" adapters. The acetal copolymer plastic resists corrosion and moisture and can be used with acetone, alcohol, ethyl, greases, oils, commercial dish detergents, gasoline, lacquer solvents, and sodium hydroxide. The components have a maximum operating temperature of 170 degrees F. The material meets National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 14, 51, and 61 specifications for use with drinking (potable) water, and complies with Registration, Evaluation, Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) and Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards. The components connect to other Loc-Line components by a ball-and-socket design that snaps together for a tight seal.

Works great, use it in a jig for soldering.,.. Bolted these to a solid base, added some alligator clips to hold the work. Very pose-able to hold the work just right.
