Timothy Buck has lived in Estes Park since graduating from the University of Akron in 1988 with a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration. Since 1993, he has run his own studio, Perceptual Creations, inc., where he works on his own websites along with several client websites. Cartooning remains his passion.
