5.0 out of 5 stars Probably more like 4 1/2 but good, May 2, 2009

I bought this album mainly for the Marshall Jefferson mushroom track which was good, but I don't know if it was a good intro track. Since it was an intro I was glad that they played the track all the way through and didn't jump directly into the mix like some other cds do. A lot of other mainstream compilations they sell you on good tracks but dont play em out. This one is complete, all tracks played mix. I am not a big fan of global undergound because most of there artists are playing blippity blip blieep bleep music and not hard house or hard progressive sound a lot of these artists use to play before getting famous or joining global underground. This album has some darker sound, but overall its a pretty mediocre mix, but just be thankful its not bleepity bleeep blipblip music like what James Zabiela plays. The rest of the album has some good beat, tracks 7-10 are my favorite.
