Lock-Med Lock Box

This is a cheap piece of junk. It worked for only 2 days before I could not open the lock. When I called customer support they told me that the numbers on the lock had to be lined up exactly and then asked if I had "overstuffed" the medicine box. When I told the company that I had not "overstuffed" the box and that I could still not open the box they stated that they would check with the "Dr." and call me back. I never received a return call or a refund. I DO NOT recommend this product or company to anyone.

I use it in a rest home to keep my medicines due to state law.
Works great.

I was unable to open box so called customer service they had manager call me back he said try prying on it and still was unable to open he said not to worry he would send another one but after 4 days I got to thinking how can he send it he never asked for my address so after calling back said they would send out next day they just dont sound professional to me why did he not talk to customer service and ask them who I was when I recieve this box hopefully I do and it works fine I will update this feedback but so far not satisfied at all wished I would of just went to Walmart and bought a honeywell safe

Company Response - Any tampering with the locking mechanism may result in problems with the product. We recommend that you keep the lockbox away from any unauthorized users who would want to forcefully open the product once in use. We regret this customer's experience. We had advised that this customer return the product so that we may investigate the issue at our expense, yet have not recieved it. Despite this, we had issued her a refund of her full purchase price. The LOCKMED Lock box is trusted in drug rehab facilities and institutions for the purpose of medication security.
