More Than An Actress, August 29, 2007

I found this disc in a used CD shop, and was amazed this was never released in the US. Unfortunately for most of the English speaking world, it was mainly released in Japan. Surprisingly for an album by an actress, this actually is very easy on the ears. Sure it has a good amount of 80's teen pop feel, yet still can be enjoyed.

If you like early 90's nu jack swing, R&B, you will like this, January 8, 2009

This album has more of the nu jack swing style that was popular in the early 90's. This album has more of hip hop , jazzy sound to it. Alyssa sings (She also sings in the album after this one) in this album unlike the previous 3 albums , where she speaks like a valley girl. This album features a mature sound of Alyssa, her voice is higher, she doesn't have a low tone to her voice in this one. She probably used her year break in 1990 to get voice lessons.
