I live with my boyfriend and his brother, and though my boyfriend and I shop and eat together, his brother will occasionally (as in, at least once a week) eat stuff that we buy. I have a real problem with this simply because I am disabled and my income is severely limited. My boyfriend recommended I buy the Fridge Locker, so I did, and it works! My peanut butter has lasted almost a month, and all my goodies are mine again. No more worries. This thing is sturdy and someone could break into it, but it would take a lot of effort. I got one for the pantry and I am getting another two, one for the fridge, and one for my medications (for when I travel). One piece of advice-pick your lock numbers at random. The combination is only 3 numbers, so if you pick your birthday or something easy like that, people might be able to guess it and steal your stash.

I saw this item on the Ellen show and was excited to purchase as a gift. Once assembled it was discovered that the combination lock did not work. The whole idea of the item is to be able to secure your items with the combo lock. The shipping info gave instructions on how to return item if dissatisfied. You are instructed to return in original packaging. Unfortunately this item required assembly and it is not able to be disassembled due to the way it is assembled. So I am now stuck with this item which doesn't work and I am also out 26.00. Not to mention the disappointment of gifting something that didn't work!

I purchased 2 of these lockers because I have a special needs child who tends to raid the fridge and freezer in the middle of the night and this gem has been a life saver. It is very sturdy and directions for assembly were easy. My child has tried just about everything possible to open it and been unsuccessful which is wonderful. Definitely would recommend to anyone who has food (or anything else) raiders, it really works.

Lock trouble
This crate is pretty sturdy but when I put the combination in, the lock is sooooooo difficult to open! I don't know that I'll be using this much longer.

Works, Made out very cheap material
I put this together rather quickly. Probably spent a solid 15 minutes on it. Worked like a charm for the first week. The problem is that the lock is a very very cheap lock. Read more

fridge locker will not lock
the fridge locker itself is built quite nicely.the problem with this unit is that the lock opens with any combination that you turn to. Read more

Great idea, poor implementation
My first unit was defective - the cheap lock wouldn't lock. My 2nd unit is difficult to open & close. The cheap lock works but the door gets jammed. Read more

Should test before sending

Good quality
