This book is the worst book I have ever read, and I read a lot. When I read this book, I fell asleep! I rate it zero starsc but it doesn't have that for an option. Read Scare School by R. L. Stine instead.

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Locker 13 (The Nightmare Room) (Paperback)
Would you be afraid of your own locker?Luke was afraid of his locker because he heared crying. He always has bad luck but not intil now when he finds a skull. He brought that skull to basketball practice
and shot 10 hoops in a row. When basketball practices were done he went back to his locker and heared that crying in his locker. So he opened his locker and found a cat.A lady coming down the stairs were looking for a cat. So luke told the lady and he got a reward for $100.00.Right after that day he started having bad luck.
I recommend this book to anyone that loves R.L. Stines books.

5.0 out of 5 stars We all make our own luck - don't we?, August 23, 2000
This review is from: Locker 13 (The Nightmare Room) (Paperback)
Sometimes it seems to Luke as if he's the unluckiest kid in the seventh grade. On his first day, he gets assigned the unlucky locker - Locker 13, which sits alone, away from the other lockers, in a dark corner. His friend, Hannah, on the other hand, may well be the luckiest seventh grader. She has all the best teachers, her locker is right next to the cafeteria, and she recently won an SUV for her family. But one day, all that changes. Suddenly Luke is the lucky one. He wins a contest, gets a new job, becomes a player on the basketball team, and might get his computer program displayed at a show, which could gain him five thousand dollars. And Hannah has had several terrible accidents all of a sudden. So who or what is causing this? Is it the strange spectar Luke sees in his nightmares and visions? Hannah's lost lucky charm, which Luke found on the day good things started happening? Or is it Locker 13 itself, which may be truly cursed? Well, if you want to find out what happens, you'll just have to read the book. R. L. Stine's fans won't be dissapointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book!, July 4, 2001

This review is from: Locker 13 (The Nightmare Room) (Paperback)
I really liked this book. It was a lot scarier and more supernatural than other R.L.Stine books. I wish he would write more like this. There is so much great stuff jammed in it - this is going to make a great episode of the upcoming show. My only bad thing to say is that it was too short. It was a lot darker and edgier than other Nightmare Room books. I highly recommend this one.

This is a great book and if you're a fan of the series Goosebumps (By R.L. Stine) you'll just love this tale of a boy who just happens to get the unlucky locker 13. I really think you should read this book because it's a great mildly scary book!

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good start!, July 14, 2001
This review is from: Locker 13 (The Nightmare Room) (Paperback)
This is book is a very good start for a NEW horror series. Luke is very superstitious, and finds it just his luck to get Locker 13. But this is just the beginning of Luke's "bad luck". Well written, and pretty good storyline. This book is suitable for ages: 8 and up!

5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT BOOOOOK, July 8, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Locker 13 (The Nightmare Room) (Paperback)
Locker 13 by:R.L Stine is a very scary book, furthermore, the story is so interesting that you'll want to read it all in one day. I will provide you with a short summary that will give you an idea of what the story is about .

Luke is starting his first day of school. Of course he always wants good luck. But this year is the opposite. First his locker number is 13(unlucky number which brings bad luck). Second he always fails his tests and his friend Hannah is getting 100% without studying. Why should she get the good luck? After a while Luke finds a skull that brings good luck, but not for long. Something terrible happens.

I found that this book was great and I enjoyed it very much. I recommend this book to anyone who loves GOOSEBUMPS.

4.0 out of 5 stars A suspensful book., October 17, 2007
This review is from: Locker 13 (The Nightmare Room) (Paperback)
I couldn't put this book down. It only took me about 75 minutes to read and it was really suspensful all the way through. It left out a bit of important information but it was good. A total speed-read. Very easy to get through. That's pretty much all I can say about this.
