Superlube performs very well under harsh conditions.As a gun lubricant it remains pliable while bird hunting in sub 10* degree weather.

This grease was recommended as a lube for the masthead sheives on my 50 year old sailboat. It is clear and easy to put on. I later learned that it is the grease used by the manufacturer of my new winch. It cost 1/4 the price as the same thing sold by the winch maker. I really like that it is clear so it doesn't make everything so dirty like regular grease. If it is good enough for the two applications above, it should be good enough for many things and I plan on using it for many more things.

As a bit of trivia, this is the exact same lubricant that the tool truck brands use to lubricate their ratchets from the factory. They also distribute packets of 'Super Lube' with their ratchet repair kits, and with good reason: This stuff is amazingly good for that purpose.

For starters, it has just the right viscosity and doesn't seep out of the ratchets, even the non-sealed ones, like an oil would. It also goes on clear, so it doesn't leave a nasty buildup or obscure the parts inside the ratchets. Keeps everything looking clean and makes it easier to maintain and rebuild them as necessary. It works well with coarse as well as fine tooth ratchets, because you really only need a very thin layer of this lubricant for it to do its job.

Try using a thicker grease with a fine tooth ratchet and you will gum it up completely and it will stop working properly or switch directions on you. This stuff works in high end 80 tooth ratchets as well as older 24 and 36 tooth models. It works equally well on round head and pear shaped ratchets and I've had no issues lubing up either one with it. You will be amazed at how smooth and functional a dry ratchet becomes when you refresh it with this stuff.

For the cheap price, you can get enough of this to last you years, given the small amount you need to apply, at least in terms of ratchets. I bought a tube and threw it into a drawer with my ratchet repair kits and spare parts. It's the only thing I use in all my ratchets and I've never once had a problem from using. I love this stuff and I can see exactly why the OEMs are using it when they put brand new ratchets out from the factory. I cannot recommend this enough for use in ratchets. Try some and you'll never go back!

I've been using this stuff on the o-rings on my canister filters for my aquariums for over a year, and I'm very pleased with it. It keeps the o-rings in great shape which prevents problems with leaks. It's non-toxic so it's safe to be used with fish. Only a tiny amount is needed so one tube lasts a very long time.

I was informed to use this lube by the mfg of my custom suppressor and am very happy with this product. I will buy more of this product when needed.

I have used super lube, both the spray and gel for years. It is a great multi purpose lubricant.

I got this grease to use on the workings of my meat slicer. It is okay to use this stuff around food. After that, I used it on a toy electric car. Now I use it for all general purpose uses. This stuff is much cleaner and easier to use than automotive greases, wheel bearing grease, or anything else. It is now my all-purpose grease.

Had to take a moment and review this grease, which, definitely is the best I've ever encountered. It contains PTFE (Teflon), and is non-toxic. I've tried Teflon "oils" which were highly recommended, but didn't work any better than any of the other grease and lubricants evaluated, but this grease REALLY is effective! (EFFECTIVE, End-Of-Story!).

A CHECK WITH THE MANUFACTURER CONFIRDED THAT IT IS SAFE TO USE INPOTABLE WATER, NON-TOXIC AND NSF RATED H-1 FOR INCIDENTAL FOOD CONTACT. How great is that!?!
I'm going to use it to grease my sinks faucet valves, on the aquarium, and anywhere else a non-toxic grease is important. I recently used it on my pizza oven's "drawer slide", it cured the extreme sticking perfectly. It's stable and doesn't "run" up to 650 deg. if I recall correctly, it is great in kitchen ovens!!

Sounds crazy, but, one of the harshest applications for a lubricant is on high quality "precision" roller skate bearings. These can be extremely expensive, and have faces which can be opened for cleaning and lubrication, and they really have a way of "testing" the lubrication properties of grease, etc. I had tried every type of grease and oil available with unsatisfactory results........until I tried SUPER LUBE, it REALLY, REALLY worked when all others failed. Since then I use Super Lube "across the boards" on everything. I have all the different sizes, it's great the way it performs in very cold or hot environments. (I came across an advertisement for it while searching for an OEM silicone lubricant for Aquarium filter O-rings, this filter costs over $300, non-toxic Super-Lube should work just great!).

This is the most incredibly effective lubricant available, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. If you have a "top priority" really important lubrication requirement use SUPER LUBE and you can be sure you've applied the most effective protection available!

This is a superb product. It's a very nice thick grease, but at the same time it's very smooth and pliable. It stays where you put it, no traveling etc. I use it primarily to lube the threads on my large flashlight collection and the rails on my firearms. I've never found anything better so far, and the price is great for the amount you're getting. I paid less when I bought it though. You only need a thin coating to get a very nice smooth surface. It's dielectric too which is great. I have zero complaints with this product.

I use it for everything.
it's not black , brown or stinky.
works great in any environment.
Apparently does not break down.
In a marine environment, it's amazing.
I buy about 6 tubes at a time.
