When I ordered this video the first time, it was a long time ago and on VHS. I've ordered since then on DVD, for myself and as a gift for friends. It serves as a great place to start learning Dutch Oven techniques, while offering a few delicious recipes. The author, Dian Thomas is no beginner herself as I've owned one of her first books on outdoor cooking since the early 70's and still enjoy it too.
