The only complaint I have with this it that you cannot turn the burners down for simmering. Either something is wrong with the unit or this is just how it operates.

The review says "built" in the United States, but the product has Made in China stuck all over it. That's a huge disappointment, since Lodge has traditionally been an American product. I don't see how this range could ever retail for $380.
