I bought this very item through eBags, and as soon as I ripped the package, we became the best of friends!

Regarding the quality of the leather: it is superb. One does not have to look for the brand name, it is immediately clear that it is a product made of great material, design is wonderful: you can pack so much in so little space. Very well organized, small, it can easily fit into a pocket. I like carrying small purse, just enough to put my keys, cel phone, LifeDrive, lipstick and crayon, and many of the "women's" valets I looked were either the big ones that are almost bigger than my purse, or if they are small, they do not have place for change, or credit cards are falling out, or cannot hold few checks. This does the job perfectly.

I believe it is a good match of superb design and functionality, and I highly recommend it.

I had purchased the exact model 10 years ago. It finally started looking a little worn. The leather still looked new and stitching was just a little warn. I don't carry purses so I usually have it in my pants or skirt pocket. I really liked the design, the look, and the quality of the leather so I decided to get another one. I was so happy to find one just like my old one. I am one happy camper!

I have this wallet and wanted a new one. I was so pleased to find it on the Amazon site that I ordered it looking forward to replacing my tired old one. Lodis has changed the design (if you look at their site you can see the new one) and it is not like the one I love. I have ordered it multiple times from various vendors all showing photos of the wallet that I have. Almost all sites have incorrect information so please be sure the one you order works for you. I prefer to have the bills compartment open on the right as shown and the removable i.d. on the lower portion as shown. It's taken some research on my part to figure out that no one has the style as shown.

I was nervous about getting this wallet because I carry a ton of stuff in my wallets normally, so I usually use the checkbook-sized ones. This Lodis wallet is surprisingly capacious and suits my needs quite well. I was able to fit all of my cards in the various slots and pockets. It's also very well designed. The removable id holder is brilliant and really comes in handy. The outside pocket is really helpful for my parking lot key card. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I wish it came in a wider selection of colors and the price were a bit lower. Nonetheless, I recommend it!

I love this wallet. It's made from high quality leather and is well constructed. I love the removable I.d. Card holder. I can keep my drivers license and a cc or debit card close at hand if needed.

This wallet is visually gorgeous, and the leather is of excellent quality. Every time I look at it, I'm very pleased to have it. I also like the compact size. However, in a couple of ways the wallet is not entirely practical. The area for storing coins is small and difficult to maneuver. So, I use a separate coin purse for keeping my change. Also, there are only three slots for holding credit cards, plus an inner flap where I guess some additional cards could be stored. For me that's OK, because I never carry more than three. But I know some people like to carry a lot more cards and IDs.

I have the Lodis Audry-Brera Briefcase in black w/ red trim. I liked it, and had planned to later purchase the briefcase with wheels. BUT...It appears that this item is some kind of cloth with a very thin coat of leather bonded to it. I discovered this yesterday when the loop for the strap broke and the bag fell to the ground. I at first thought the metal piece had simply slipped out, but upon inspection I saw that the loop formed by the strip of "leather" had simply torn in two at the stitching. I wouldn't expect that from leather, and closer look showed little threads at the edge of the loop! I showed it to my fellow engineers, and we all agreed that it was not leather, that these were threads. This is not what you pay close to $300 for! I bought mine in the mall, but it was about that price. This is outrageous!!!! Just wish I had figured it out sooner so I could have returned it. I don't like spending my hard earned money on fake junk!
