I purchased this headpiece for my twenty year old daughter. She needed it for a college theme party - "Arabian/Egyptian Nights." She said the golden headpiece was the hit of the party. It really completed the outfit and she said it was very comfortable and easy to wear all night. It was shoulder length and fit easily over an adult's head. I know we will use it again, for Halloween or Carnivale parties.

The Cleopatra headpiece doesn't look at all like the photograph, however, we liked it even better than the one pictured. We had a lot of trouble getting the headpiece though. We ordered it on Oct. 8, they received payment on Oct 13, and yet we did not receive the headpiece until Oct 25. This wouldn't have been as upsetting except that they had indicated that the headpiece would arrive between the 15 and 20th, and my daughter had a halloween celebration on the 24th. Also, the guy at Paradise Island did not respond to my e-mail, he did however, respond to my phone call and although there was no tracking information available on line, he was able to tell me when the item would arrive. He also said he would refund the shipping costs, and that did not happen yet either.

I purchased the adult headpiece to complete my Cleopatra Halloween costume. When it arrived I was VERY dissappointed. The headpiece was very small and did not even properly fit my 7 year old niece. The beads in the bangs and the back of the head were very uneven and much shorter than represented in the picture. The beads were a horrible ORANGE color, not gold and the strings were black and orange. It was very pointed on the top and would not lay flat no matter what we did to it. It also was missing beads and had globs of hot glue all over it. In short, it was very poor quality and not at all what was represented in the picture.

sucks, but might work in a pinch.
This product is pretty much a disgrace. It definitely does not look like the photo, and it look very cheap! I would say it looks like a bunch of Mardi Gras beads glued together. Read more
