This classic prank has been around for generations, but it still works today. You simply place this little metal tip on the exhaust pipe of someone's car. When they drive down the road the tip causes the car to whistle while they are pressing on the gas pedal. The whistle becomes so annoying after a few minutes, but the poor sucker has no idea where it is coming from.

Awesome idea here, but only fits small cars or ones with a single exhaust.
Did'nt work for me, Just fell out the back when he started the truck..
Laugh turned out to be on me since it didnt work LOL

Didnt like it, to small to fit properly and altough you can open it up to fit most exhausts, the thing wont stay on and will fall, at lest its very cheap and it shipped fast

If you don't know who Bub Rubb is and Lil' Sis is, you don't get the title of this, but this is a great product!!! It fits just about any exhaust and is fun and cool. It's not police are going to pull you over loud, but it's, hey look at me, I am stupid loud. I good prank to pull on your friend, unless it's me...I hurt you if you mess with my car
