Logan is so Cam Geary-ish,

Logan Bruno... Mary Anne Spier. What can I possibly say to give justice to my absolute adoration of this book? This has always been my all time favorite of the series. It shows that a sweet personality such as Mary Anne's is appreciated by even the finest breed of stud. I love it how Mary Anne gets the dude! The only unrealistic part of the book is when Mary Anne wears her famous cities skirt to two consecutive and substantial "with Logan" functions-- the dance and the surprise party. I hate that part! And that Alan Gray orphan Annie eyes blurb is hilarious.!~ Did Claudia almost say bra strap in from of a boy!

Shy, awkward Mary Anne lacks self-confidence, doesn't have a mother, and is too timid to talk to kids she doesn't know, especially boys. Her thirteenth birthday party ends in disaster when poor Mary Anne is too frightened by all the attention focused on her and runs out on her own party. And to top it all off, she's got a crush on one of the cutest, self-confident guys in eighth grade, Logan Bruno. She senses Logan likes her back, but she stutters and blushes when she tries to talk to him. It was kind of sweet how Logan liked her for who she was rather than zeroing in on some pretty, bubbly girl. Mary Anne might not be a great beauty or have social graces, but she's sensitive, interesting, kind, and one of the smartest kids in Stoneybrook! I like how her friends understand her nervousness and don't ridicule her or pressure her to be more outgoing. Mary Anne's going through a tough struggle, but I have a feeling that with her friends' support, she'll make it in this world.

This book is soooo great. Mary Anne has a crush on a boy name Logan Bruno.Mary Anne thinks she's too shy and sensitive for Logan, but Logan asked her out to the dance and Stacey's party. At the end, Logan becomes an associate member and Mary Anne's boyfriend. This book also helped me solve my love life.

My name is Kevin and I'm 21, and I love "Logan Likes Mary Anne"! Anne Martin you're great!!! My favorite part is when one of the kids gets his hand stuck in a jar, and Mary Anne can't figure out how to get it out, but Logan does with butter. This book really tackles the issue of young teen love in a world of teen anxh and babysitting. My favorite part is that Mary Anne gets to hang out with Logan -AND- make four dollars!

it may have seemed like mary anne grew up in mary anne saves the day but she is growing up even more in this book! She's started 8th grade, her thirteenth birthday is approaching and she has a boyfriend, the new kid in school logan bruno who's a hot babe and every girl wants, but he chose mary anne! I love the dance scene, the hilarious parts at the surprise birthday party though it was unrealistic how mary anne ran out of it and how she got tigger the cat.

I read this one years ago, but I remember it as one of my favorites in the BSC series. I think it's interesting, though not entirely realistic, that shy Mary Anne is the first club member to find a real boyfriend. You have to love Logan for taking the time to get to know Mary Anne instead of falling for someone more "sophisticated" and outgoing, like Stacey (as a real 13-year-old boy probably would have done.)

This was one of Ann's better books. For one thing, it was one of the first ones, so it actually had a plot, unlike some of the 100's. I liked the romance bit-it described Mary Anne's feelings. A great book!!

Quiet, shy, sensitive Mary Anne has growing up lately... and the BSC aren't the only ones who've noticed. Logan Bruno Likes Mary Anne! He has a dreamy southern accent, he's awfully cute-and he wants to join the BSC. Life in the club has never been this complicated or fun!
