Design: Very well put together. Elegant and thin. The buttons have a nice and subtle curvature. The back has very small rubber feet (it's not clumsy at all, you barely notice them) so the keyboard doesn't slide around. Backlighting is available and looks quite nice; it contains a hand-sensor and ambient light sensor so it's not lit unnecessarily and it's and manually adjustable too (I have it turned completely off myself). The space in between the keys is also filled (in contrast to a laptop which has a small space that goes beneath the keys) which means that it minimizes the amount of hair and other particles that get trapped in between; small but significant.

Typing experience: Excellent. I'm not a keyboard expert by any means but the keys push down with consistent pressure. So much better than the laptop keyboard. And millions of times better than typing on a phone screen. While I'm at my desk I no longer grimace at the prospect of a very long text, or if I need to copy a website address.

Pairs with multiple devices: As someone who has two computers and a phone: seriously. Seriously. No really, seriously awesome. It has changed my life more than I would expect any keyboard to be able to.

Some of the people who've given it less than 5 stars have done so for nonsensical reasons: 1) No numpad. It's obvious from the picture that there's no numpad. If this is something that you need, then consider a different keyboard. There's also no espresso machine attachment, but you don't see me deducting points for features that are not advertised as being there. 2) Small keyboard. You can look at the picture for an assessment of key sizes. It's nearly full size, but they do sacrifice a little bit for mobility.

Just bought this to replace my wireless Apple keyboard. I use it exclusively with two Macbook Pros and don't use it with tablets/phones. Here are my initial thoughts
- It works as advertised! Although the product description does not explicitly state the use case of two computers (it focuses on "PC, tablet and smartphone") this does work without any issues. It should similarly work with 3 phones or 3 tablets etc.
- Form factor and size is almost identical to the apple wireless keyboard. Key difference is that it does not have an angle and rests flatter compared to the Apple one. Typing experience and key feel might actually be better on this one. Finish is top notch. Even has the small green light on the caps lock button!
- Has a Windows key instead of the Apple (⌘) key. But fortunately, it does have 4 modifier keys so you don't miss out on any functionality. You can swap the windows and alt keys via the Keyboard preferences to make it behave like an Apple keyboard. However, the ctrl and fn keys are swapped as well and I haven't found a way to match them with the Apple layout (might require 3rd party software) Function keys also work as expected (can view dashboard, expose etc. )
- Switching is fairly fast but still takes a second or two.

Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the keyboard. At the current $79 price, I think it's a more expensive but fairly compelling alternative to the Apple Wireless keyboard. Guess I'll be selling that one now!

The Logitech K810 bluetooth illuminated keyboard is a treat to use. Weighing in at around 1 pound, it is very portable.

## Features: The keyboard is made of plastic with a brushed aluminum finish around the keys. Comparing the size of the keyboard and the keys itself, it is comparable to my 14" Asus laptop -- the distance from the keys on one end of the keyboard to the other is almost exactly the same. The physical size of the keyboard is approximately 11.5" x 5" x 0.5" thickness.

The keyboard comes pre-charged so you can use it right out of the box. Included is a micro-USB charger, allowing you to plug into any USB charger. When you turn on the keyboard, a light at the top right of the keyboard will flash -- green denotes adequate charge while red means you should charge it up. It should take between 1-3 hrs for a full charge.

Keys: The top row of function keys doubles as a shortcut to switching between which device you want to be connected to (F1, F2, F3 keys are dedicated to one device each, allowing you to pair upto 3 devices at once). F4 allows you to cycle through open applications. There are two keys for decreasing (F5) and increasing (F6) the keyboard backlight intensity. For your media, F7 is for play/pause, F8 Mute, F9 Volume Down, F10 Volume Up. F11 is a Home Key while F12 is a multifunction key (Calculator on Windows, Show/hide virtual keyboard for iOS).

## Setup: If you've ever set up any bluetooth device, you should have no problems connecting to this keyboard. I tested this keyboard by pairing it to my Motorola Droid 4 android smartphone running Ice Cream Sandwich.

For three years, I have used the inimitable Logitech diNovo Edge, and it has been great, but I wanted something even smaller. Every other keyboard that came along had some kind of shortcoming that was an absolute deal-breaker for me... until now. The Logitech K810 has just about as small a footprint as you are going to find in a keyboard with full-sized keys. It lacks any superfluous "extra" keys that might increase its size, and decrease its aesthetic. Some people want more keys, including a traditional number keypad, but I find it unnecessary.

While it does have a few multimedia/navigation keys fronting the traditional Function keys (which are still readily accessible via the Fn meta key, and which I use quite often) they are completely unobtrusive, and as it happens, beneficial when using the keyboard on a mobile/tablet devices. However, I use this keyboard almost exclusively as a computer keyboard (specifically, a machine running Gentoo Linux.) It does, by the way, play quite well with Linux when using either traditional Bluetooth connectivity, or a dedicated Logitech Bluetooth keyboard dongle such as comes with the diNovo Edge. I hope I never have to test its functionality under any version of Windows.

There are three keys (the first three Function keys) dedicated to quick switching between three paired Bluetooth devices. I have tested this feature, and it works quite well. There are two more keys (F5 and F6) dedicated to manual control of they keyboard backlight. The backlighting, by the way, is activated by the proximity of one's hands to the keyboard; it dims automatically with ambient light, and turns off completely after a given idle time, only to spring magically to life when dexterous digits once again approach the keys.
