I tried several hands-free devices, and I loved this one the best. It had a small fixed boom, wasn't "over the ear", which is a pain if you wear glasses, and the soft plastic earcovers were very comfortable and came in a variety of sizes. I only wish they would sell the plastic earcovers since I tend to lose them! :-) I now have a bluetooth, but use the earcovers that came with this unit because they're more comfortable than the ones that came with my bluetooth. If you're not getting a bluetooth, I HIGHLY recommend this headset.
