Looking at the product I thought, "how is this thing going to stay in my ear with out falling out?" But it worked out great. This was a very inexpensive headset, especially considering how well it worked. Since I use public transportation, my friends always complain about the back ground noise. Using this headset most of my friends didn't realize that I was calling them from the bus.
