It arrived DOA. I purchased this from a store from one of Amazon's seller networks.
I had exactly the same issue as Kenneth and its very likely I received the very same one.
I contacted Logitech customer support and they said I was the THIRD owner, it had known issues, and it was not eligible for customer support.
I could understand if I was the SECOND owner and whatever steps to "refurbish" the unit didn't fix the issue and it somehow passed the testing bench....twice...
Being the THIRD owner tells me that the seller did nothing more than wipe it off, repackaged it and shipped it to the next sucker...Me. Sometimes you do get what you pay for, other times, not even that.
