This is the correct nano receiver for the Logitech H600 and H800.

Keep in mind this, if you bought this nano receiver and doesn't work when you connected it to the PC is because you need pairing the nano receiver with the headset. Go to Logitehc's page and look for the H600 or H800, support and downloads, select your OS and download the software that is free and just 5.1MB

Run it and follow the steps in the screen. In less that a minute you will have again your headset working as new.

I am a huge fan of Logitech products, and I've used several of their Mice, Keyboards, and more recently the H800 Headset.

When departing for a trip, I took out my Wireless Nano Receiver and put it in "a special place that I would remember." Upon returning home it had vanished, perhaps because of malicious gnomes? One can only speculate.

Since I use the H800 daily, I got on Amazon and ordered a replacement Receiver for less than twenty bucks, and it came promptly. I plugged it in, downloaded the pairing utility from Logitech, and embarked on a frustrating and fruitless effort to get my headset to see the new Receiver.

Let me add a caveat here: I work with computers for a living. When someone who works with me, knows me, or shares any sort of blood relation with me has computer problems, I'm the guy they tend to ask. So when I get on the phone and customer support tells me to re-seat the Receiver and reboot my computer, I can only give them a heavy sigh and say "as I've mentioned, I've already rebooted the machine more than once." They read a script, I get it.

But once they reach the last step, rather than elevating the call to a better tier of tech support, they just told me to return it to Amazon. They suggested ordering another one, maybe I'd have better luck. When I explained the situation again, the support person was pretty confused: they didn't have a solid mastery of English or technology, and it was egregiously apparent. I called again, hoping for someone better and they suggested ordering one direct from Logitech, which would mean paying shipping and waiting 5-7 days to get it. Again, limited English and no technical knowledge.

After going round and round with Logitech tech support trying to get a replacement receiver for my H600 headset and being told that they don't make those any more, I luckily was transferred to someone inside of Logitech that must have been holding the secret tome of knowledge. He informed me that the receiver for the H800 also worked for the H600 as long as you use the model specific pairing utility.

Wow, Logitech, why should this knowledge be hidden from your customers? Shame on you!

So, I ordered this receiver, downloaded the pairing utility and was up and running within minutes of delivery. If you have an H600 headset, this is the receiver you want!

I lost the original Nano Receiver that came with my H800 headphones, and I bought this product to replace it. I went to the Logitech website to download the software that is needed to pair the receiver with the headphones. The download link on Logitech's website was broken(!), and I had to search to find the correct link.

I then downloaded the software and followed the instructions. It did not work. The headphones did not pair with the receiver. When I submitted a support request with Logitech customer support, the customer service employee did not provide any helpful information and asked me to do extra work for Logitech! Quote:

"Please send a copy of your receipt using one of the following methods:
Option A) Reply to this email with the receipt as an attachment. Please ensure that the image size is not more than 800 KB in size and the image is saved as JPEG or PDF file format.
Option B) ) Fax to 800-828-9243. Be sure you clearly write the incident number ( 130702-000035 ) on the receipt.

Also, kindly take a picture of the product, with the reference number ( 130702-000035 ) written on a piece of paper next to it showing its Product Information (M/N, PID, and P/N). Please ensure that the image size is not more than 800 KB in size and the image is saved as JPEG or PDF file format."

Asking a customer to do this much work, without even addressing the problem, is absurd. Logitech customer support is a complete failure. I have become a lifelong detractor of Logitech. will never buy a Logitech product again, I will never invest in Logitech stock, and I will tell everyone I meet to avoid dealing with Logitech.

This did not work to replace the lost received I had for my headset. Had to ultimately go to logitech and they replaced the entire headset (seems a bit overkill!). Their customer service wasn't responsive for a long time, for what it's worth.

Worked great while I had it! It isn't designed to be removed and re-seated over and over again. Sometimes the device doesn't connect so you need to give it a refresher of power, but it broke on me when I dropped it. Could've been my USB plugs, or maybe the device was faulty, although it always connected with super sound quality.
