OK, first off - these are inexpensive speakers so do not get them assuming they will somehow produce room-filling Bose type audio. For the price, they are incredible.

The box includes the two small speakers, a 3.5mm "RCA type" cable to plug into your laptop/PC, and a USB cable. These are both 4 feet long.

The speakers are very small and lightweight. They measure about 3 ½" x 3 ½" x 4 ¼" and the left and right speakers weigh 9 and 9.7 ounces, respectively. So these are quite portable.

Setup amounts to setting the Z120 speakers down on your desk, table, etc. and connecting the USB cable to your laptop for power. Then plug in the 3.5mm jack into the laptop, or your iPod if you prefer, and that's it. The integrated cables allow the speakers to be 3 or so feet apart. The only control is a single knob for power and volume with an On/Off indicator.

The sound is excellent, great highs, nice midrange, and healthy lows. The lows were a little flat, and did distort with the volume all the way up. You probably don't need to turn these up all the way though - The volume is impressive, especially considering these are 1.2 watt and USB-powered. That's just 0.6 watts per channel. Frequency response on the Z120's is 20Hz-20kHz.

For the price, compact nature of these speakers, and the fact that they produce excellent sound while dependent on USB power, I think this is an excellent product. These would be great for anyone looking for some very portable, very good audio reproduction.

I'm no expert on speaker quality, but these speakers have been a great sound enhancement to my computer. I got them because of their good reviews, and also because I wanted higher volume while I'm watching movies or listening to music. They have a great sound, and I love that they use a usb port for power, instead of being plugged into an outlet. They're great, I'd definitely recommend them to a friend!

Very good and clear sound,looks cool too,retractable cord is a plus,only cons with this speaker is not properly shielded for interference,on my toshiba laptop works great but when I use use it on my HP Magneseum gray Quad core desk top you hear all kinds of interfernes,because my desk top have so many usb port that is occupied,the solution is if you dont wanna hear any interfernce, use it on your laptop or make sure you dont plug anything right beside its usb power cable,if not for this issue I would have give it a Five star ...
