I sure as hell hope you read reviews of your products because if you fix this ear bud failing problem you will have one of the best ear buds on the market. When working correctly, the sound quality is top notch!

    BUT BUT BUT BUT BUT

These buds seem to have a built-in ear bud failure feature. Just like more than twenty of the reviewers before me my right channel's volume dropped about 90% making this headset completely unusable. These buds worked great for the first three months but such short working period paired up with less then desirable warranty coverage makes these buds fooking useless!

It took me a while to finally find and try these ear buds but my satisfaction was short lived I cannot recommend these ear buds to anyone.

While I don't consider myself an audiophile, I do love listening to music and am trying out different earphones, trying to find that perfect pair. Earbuds will never match the dynamic range of larger headphones, but the Logitech Ultimate Ears 350 Noise-Isolating Earphones seem to strike the perfect balance between size, sound quality and cost.

The 350s come securely packaged in an attractive black box with photos of well known musicians who use Ultimate Ear brand earphones. While the 350s are likely not on par with the higher-end professional models, they certainly strive to give the appearance of a quality product. In the box you get a snap-shut clamshell carry case, the choice of 5 silicone ear cushions of various sizes, some product literature (including a cool little picture book) and of course the earphones (see the member submitted photos above). These are not overly flashy but they are stylish and unobtrusive. The cord and joining points seem sturdy enough but not too thick or heavy. The 3.5 mm jack is the 90 degree angled variety, not straight off the cord. My ear canals are big so I immediately attached the large ear cushions. The fit fairly snugly, though I wish they were slightly larger. Noise isolation was good, though not as complete as earbuds that use memory foam cushions. If I go for a jog they stay snug for a while, but start to slip when I really start sweating. The clamshell case is nice, but I can see that the already loose latch will wear out over time.

You know you've stumbled across a great set of earphones if you play music you've listened to many times before and hear it in a new way. Such has been my experience with the Ultimate Ears 350.

Sounded pretty good until the left channel died, a few weeks after I purchased them. Too late for a refund. Weak.

So I bought this at the apple store and I thought they were pretty good, they had good sound, good bass, nice look, basically the necessities of a pair of a headset. But after a few hours of use, the left ear broke. I don't have anything to say. I took care of them for the 3 hours I had them, when I used them, I made sure the volume wasn't too loud and I put it back in it's case after I used them but then they weren't working 10 minutes later. What's up with that?

I am a musician and audio enthusiast. I have owned a wide range of in-ear monitors and cans from the large companies, underground groups and even some DIY efforts.

I have some UE Triple.Fi 10's that I use & love as stage monitors, and I was a bit hesitant to use them at home or in the office since I depend on them every week. I definitely did not want to use them for manual labor or yard work - I had already ruined two sets of cheap canal phones by using them while mowing (sweat/heat).

When I saw that the UE 350's marketing material included a line about them being 'sweat resistant', I was intrigued. My musical tastes don't always feature a ton of bass, so I was a bit wary of their boosted bass claim, but I jumped at the opportunity to try them out anyway.

I now have at least 100 hours with these headphones and I don't know what I'd do without them. The bass boost is subtle, seeming to boost bass when the music calls for it and not placing an unnatural amount of low frequency on tracks that did not include it in the first place. Instrument separation and soundscape are both good as well. I am able to get just as much enjoyment out of Skrillex, The Roots, Wilco & John Mark McMillan.

I have used them outdoors running, mowing and other activities with zero negative effects. They isolate sound VERY well as you'd expect, comfortably maintaining a secure fit. There is also very little noise when moving/accidentally bumping the cable - it's not microphonic at all.

UE has always produced great products - but for a time you had to spend $100 to get a good set of canal phones with just about any of the big companies. There were cheaper, less popular options, but you never knew what you were getting regarding fit, finish, or support if necessary.

Ahhh... another pair of headphones, another bunch of dollars down the drain.

After spending a fortune on Sony earphones over the years, I finally found the courage to spend more than $30 on earphones and I decided to try out Ultimate Ears. At first, things were pretty good. The bass sound wasn't as good as Sony, but the vocals sounded clear as day. The craftmanship also seemed great... it looks like its manufactured well as the plastic around the wiring was tight and securely molded. I was confident that I was going to have these headphones for a long time.

I owned these headphones for ONE dog gone month when suddenly I realized that one earbud was much quieter than the other. HUH??? I thought it was my mp3 player so I tried other headphones and speakers and those sounded just fine. Tried the headphones again and sure enough, one earbud is emitting much lower sound than the other. Yet another earphone FAIL!!!

Of course, I got Best Buy coupons for the weekend and it looks like I'll be going back to Sony.
