I have a mid size hand and the size of the mouse is right for my hand. The best part of it is the receiver, which is very small and not intruding at all. Very happy with this mouse.

Very smooth and comfortable to use. Easy to forget to turn off when you're done using it but its really nice to just leave the receiver in my laptop and forget about it. Definitely recommend as high quality wireless mouse.
