I wasn't that impressed with the work in this book. Most of the copy is written by the agencies responsible for submitting their work to the publisher. It's hard to take away anything from this book, but at least it's put together well and would look good in your library.

The introduction sections which break down into strategies how to brainstorm a killer name is really usefull and the examples are current and on trend....a powerful tool to help in branding

This is the most informative books that you will find on logo design. It not only gives examples but provides brainstorming ideas and what to consider when creating a logo. If you are trying to take your work to the next level finding out what these guys are doing will get you on the right path.
