4.0 out of 5 stars Nice addition to the series October 16, 2009
Format:Hardcover|Amazon Verified Purchase
This book is much like its predecessors. Tons of logos. Most of them are very nice. The case-study articles in the front are interesting as usual.

One funny thing is that one of the featured logos, the Woolworth's one with a 4-page article about it, is currently involved in a legal dispute initiated by Apple. I guess no one could see that coming!

4.0 out of 5 stars Indispensable Resource for Main-Stream Logo Design September 23, 2009
Format:Hardcover|Amazon Verified Purchase
LogoLounge 5, the latest in the LogoLounge series, is filled with solid examples of corporate brand-marks. Not necessarily progressive in its intent, very few of the logos shown in this book break any new ground. Nevertheless LogoLounge 5 is an accurate snapshot of contemporary logotype design. Filled with cleverly abstracted ideas and smart graphic interpretations I would recommend this book for most logo designers.
