A Loire Valley Traveloque and A Cookbook!,
This is a beautiful travelogue and cook-book that immerses the reader into the culture, customs and cuisine of this beautiful region of castles, wine and food. Loire GastronomiqueYou will want to visit the beauiful towns and the recipes will inspire you to cook. They feature the typical country food of the region, are authentic and easy to follow. Most of all, delicious! I have collected the whole set, which is now out-of-print and available only through the secondary book market, for which Amazon is famous! Bon Appetit!
