Thank you for your feedback.
Pleasant surprise, it appears very well made with very nicely finished details, fits as expected.
To be sure, this is a lightweight jacket that I'd wear in the 50° - 60° range, to keep out the chill or wind and rain.
I was a bit skeptical when I saw a London Fog for $50.00 but I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did.

I had been looking for a wind-breaker style jacket for a while in navy and ran across this on amazon. I own other London Fog coats and jackets so I knew the quality would be there without question. And, it is. Being able to purchase it at a great discount on amazon (with quick delivery, I might add) was a great plus.

There are four exterior pockets, one on top of the other on each side. The "top" pockets are zippered, which is a very nice feature, as I seem to use them a lot. No more having smaller items fall out. There are three interior pockets. Two are actually pretty spacious and are top open access, one left and one right, and secured with velco. The final, lower left side, has a flap, again with Velcro. And there have been times I have used all of them.

The material is soft and feels good when wearing. The adjustable snap cuff is an added bonus. The jacket is well-made with good London Fog attention to detail. Two snaps on the sleeve to fit probably any size arm. Sometimes, I even unsnap them, depends on the look I want. As of this writing, my jacket looks exactly as pictured on amazon.

Make no mistake. This is not for extreme winter wear. I bought it for spring and fall use, as well as the occasional crisp summer nights. It is perfect for that use. It has even kept me very dry in rain, including some pretty heavy downpours. The microfiber dries out fairly quickly. I have not had any issues with wrinkling.

I am quite pleased with, and highly recommend, this jacket. So much so, that I also purchased one in black.

Why is a simple classic light golf jacket so challenging to find? And when you do find one, it's hideously ugly. For fifty bucks, you can't go wrong with this jacket, which looks and feels like a quality garment. I'm the sort of person who checks all the stitching to make sure there are no dropped stitches or irregular stitching. The stitches on this are perfect. Even the leather pull on the zipper handle is very good quality. While this jacket is light as a feather, you could wear it in 45 to 65 degree weather. It does have some warmth.

The picture on the product page shows a traditionally styled collar. (So does the London Fog website.) Unfortunately, the jacket I received has no such feature! The front zipper runs all the way to the very top of the jacket, with no collar at all. The wearer can leave the zipper down a few inches and turn down the top edges, but that's not the same as having a real collar sewn on the garment.

The jacket also has an integral lightweight hood that rolls up and stows neatly using velcro closures, which was a total surprise. I also didn't expect it to be quite as heavy a material as it is. Most golf jackets are quite lightweight, not too much heavier than a windbreaker. This is noticeably heavier and thicker than any golf jacket I've ever owned. It all adds up to a return shipment to Amazon, in my case.

It's not my intention to dump on this jacket, by any means. Material and workmanship seem to be of very good quality; my old London Fog overcoat lasted 20 years. My rating is based on the fact that the jacket is substantially different from what I thought I was ordering.

This jacket is loaded with hidden pockets. It looks good worn casually or to step your dress up a notch with dress slacks and a leather shoe. It has all the good looks and workmanship you'd expect from London Fog; it's light weight enough for warm climates like Arizona and warm enough for those breezy mornings.

I purchased this jacket for my husband, primarily to play golf in cooler weather - but also to wear as a windbreaker over a sweatshirt in the fall season or on unseasonably warm winter days/nights. My husband almost always wears a size large in any clothing that he buys. I actually thought about choosing an x-tra large size for this jacket since he would be wearing it over a sweatshirt or hoodie some of the time. I'm glad I didn't since the size large was actually a little too big over a sweatshirt and quite a bit too big on its own over a polo shirt. Even though the quality of the Londen Fog Zip Front Light Mesh Lined Golf Jacket was excellent, I did have to return it. I decided not to take a chance on the size medium, and purchased a jacket my husband could try on.
I have no problems at all with this jacket except that I don't think the fit is true to the measurements provided by the manufacturer. I have owned several London Fog jackets and coats over the years and am very happy with this brand. I believe the size problem is just with this particular style of jacket.

Many years ago I bought my husband a Patrick Henry jacket that he loved. With inside pockets that were deep and outside pockets that zipped - it has been impossible to replace until now. With three inside pockets - including one with a closure of velcro on it, he is in heaven. Additionally, the zip pockets and hand pockets on the outside ensures he won't lose things when he puts all his stuff in it. Finally, tall men struggle with being slimmer and needing long arms, this jacket is PERFECT! I am soooooooo pleased with this purchase!!!
