Editorial Reviews

Deluxe digitally remastered and expanded two CD edition of the 1986 debut album from the self proclaimed `fourth best band in Hull' including a bonus CD that contains b-sides, rarities, radio sessions, previously unreleased tracks and more. The Housemartins originally released London 0 Hull 4 in October 1986 and it surged to #3 in the charts. It features the perennial favorite 'Happy Hour' alongside other singles 'Flag Day', 'Sheep' and 'Think For A Minute'. The album is housed in the sumptuous Deluxe Edition packaging and the booklet features liner notes from Phill Jupitus, who got his break supporting the band during his Porky The Poet days. 34 tracks. Universal. 2009.
