The product itself was great. When I actually got the poster it was in perfect condition and looks great in our bathroom. However, it was actually getting the poster that was such a hassle. I bought two posters from this merchant. I got the first one within the estimated arrival date, but it was damaged. The merchant was very nice and sent out a new poster right away. This poster (London-Red Bus Poster print) took several weeks to get to me. I contacted the merchant several times on the matter and finally received the poster only a couple of days ago. So overall, I would not purchase from this merchant.
