1.0 out of 5 stars Lone Ranger, August 29, 2009

First off this product was offered with free shipping whitch I did NOT get. I was charged. Secondly because I didnt take priority shipping I was penalized by having my merchandise shipped more than a WEEK after I ordered it. If youre not allowing free shipping then STOP ADVERTIZING IT!!
When the packager arrived it was pretty beat up. There was no styrofoam or any other kind of packing material to pad the merchandise. The address was hand printed on the package and there was no invoice with it. All in all a pretty lousy packing job. VERY unprofessional.
The product looked like it had been dropped at some point. The package containing the actual CDs was cracked and the plastic cover split down one side of the front.
Now for the kicker......the merchandise was advertized as cassette tapes and low and behold CDs arrived. I know I should be pleased with this aspect but the person I got this set for collects these things on cassette tapes.
All in all I rate this a bad experience. From now on if the merchandise doesnt come straight from Amazon I dont see me purchasing it.
