This review is from: Lone Star Seduction (Silhouette Desire) (Mass Market Paperback)
The story is sexy but the heroine drove me nuts. This story used the tired "big misunderstanding" plot device to drive the hero and heroine apart years ago. I couldn't believe that Rebecca doubted Alex. And then the current conflict that brings them together...just another instance of me wanting to shake some sense in the heroine.

the story was long. the heroine was the most pathetic woman. it is not about hurting someone. alex did not respect her. she begged him to love her and begged him for a relationship. she was the one to make the first move.
