5.0 out of 5 stars Thank God I Finally Got This CD!
When I heard for the first time the song "Amazed", it instantly made me fall in love to this very powerful song. I would consider this as one of the greatest love songs ever written. I was not aware that this is also a "country" song like the song "How Do I Live" by Teann Rhimes which has a mixture of pop and country. This song really...

2.0 out of 5 stars This album has an AMAZING song but otherwise remains LONELY
They songs aren't bad...but the only real hit is Amazed and maybe Smile. Saturday Night isn't too bad, but overall I was dissapointed when I bought the CD. I was expecting other revved country tunes or sweet ballads. The songs aren't either, their aren't dances or ballads, they're lounging music and if you like that, grab this album, but if you want to knock your...

This song really touched my heart and the melody gives me goose bumps every time I hear it played on the air. I don't know why I can't find this CD here in Japan so I bought it online at Amazon.com. I also liked the song "Smile", "Simple As That", "You Don't Know What Love Is", "Lonely Grill" and "Everything's Changed", almost every song in the CD is great so this CD is all your money's worth. Ever since I heard the song "Amazed" I became a country music fan especially of Lonestar. That's why I ordered all of their three albums! Great work guys! You deserve all the best! Congratulations Lonestar to your success and may you continue to amaze us with your music for a long, long time!

5.0 out of 5 stars My favorite CD, January 10, 2000
This review is from: Lonely Grill (Audio CD)
I bought this CD right after it was released just for the song Amazed. After listening to all of the songs, though, this has become my favorite CD of all. I've bought some CDs where I liked only two or three songs, but that is not the case here. I like every song, especially Amazed, Tell Her, Smile, Lonely Grill, and Everything's changed. Anyone who buys this CD is certainly getting their money's worth.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hands down, the best country album of the millenium., July 14, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Lonely Grill (Audio CD)
There is not one weak track on this entire CD. It begins with "Saturday Night," a refreshingly different kind of rocking country. "Simple as That" is a catchy, fun track sure to reach the number one position. Then, the song of the year, "Amazed," which is the best song on this CD. "What About Now" captures the feelings of anyone who just wants to break free, and is followed by the touching "Tell Her"and the down-right hilarious "Don't Let's Talk About Lisa." "I've Gotta Find You" is an extraordinarily personal and beautiful song, and probably the best on the CD behind "Amazed." "You Don't Know What Love Is" and "All the Way" are fun tunes that lead up to the heartbreaking "Smile." Then the most surprising song on the album is definitely the anger-laced "Lonely Grill." The bonus track is an acoustic version of last year's hit "Everything's Changed." Lonestar is country's most overlooked talent, but hopefully this album will give them the recognition that they so rightly deserve.

The song "Amazed" is truly amazing. For anyone who is or ever has been in love, the words carry a powerful message. This is one you can never get tired of. It's perfect to listen to by yourself or with that special someone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Amazed, June 26, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Lonely Grill (Audio CD)
This is one of the best albums I have ever purchased. Obviously, "Amazed" is what first prompted me to buy it; but as I listened further I was extremely happy with my decision. "What About Now" is one of those songs that make you want to hop in the car with the roof down and just cruise to your heart's content. As far as my favorite song, it's really a toss up between "Amazed", "I've Gotta Find You", and "Smile". Anyone who has ever been in a serious relationship that came to a bittersweet end could not possibly listen to "Smile" and not at least get misty eyed. If you are considering this album and are a COUNTRY MUSIC fan, I am almost positive you'll be very satisfied.

5.0 out of 5 stars The words will stay with you!, April 23, 2000
This review is from: Lonely Grill (Audio CD)
I can sing all of Amazed from memory, because the song is really well written. I have heard the song about a hundred times, and everytime I hear it, I still stop and just listen to the song. Amazed is relly a great song, and usually I don't buy a CD with just one or two hits on it, but Amazed is worth it. I would recommend this CD to anyone.

My new husband and I (actually I) chose the song "Amazed" as our first dance at our wedding reception. There wasn't one person who said we could have picked a better song. Thanks Lonestar!
